I was asked a few months ago to go check on a bat at a condo. So I packed my margarine container, special gloves, tape and away I went. Once I arrived at the condo it was very easy to see the bat who had been on the screen for 3 days.
I quickly went outside and covered the bat with margarine container then pushed the cover up and in the bat went.
I had sent this photo to TWC to show them the bat . It was a Silver Haired Bat (a first for me).
The bat was fed some special food and the next day the TWC said he was just fine and released back into the wild.
